These outstanding classes for young children stress the development of core physical stability, and body awareness. These 7 week sessions of kid’s karate classes cover the seven tenets of Danni’s program for improved focus, coordination, and family cooperation.

For the parents, Danni thoroughly enjoys teaching as a certified instructor of Guang Ping T’ai Chi. Once a week in the evening after little ones are fed and in bed, we gather together for the gentle, meditative movements of T’ai Chi. The camaraderie and supportive atmosphere provide  for all levels of practice!
